What’s SUP??

SUP is fun and easy to learn. It is also a phenomenal workout that strengthens your core, legs & arms all while having fun on the water. Which is why it is the fastest growing watersport on the planet!

SUP offers versatility: it can be just as fun on calm, easy water as it is out in the surf. Stand-up paddling is a great way to catch and ride waves, a great way to get a full-body endurance and core-strength workout, and a great way to just relax and spend some time out in the beauty of New England ‘s lakes, rivers, and ocean environments.  It’s all a matter of what you’re into and what you want to do.

Osprey offers a complete lineup of Sup adventures from our 2 hour intro lesson to guided cruises and open water adventures. If you would like to give Stand Up Paddleboarding a try for the first time, or if you are already hooked, and would like to go on one of our coastal cruises, give us a call today to get started. Our experienced & certified instructors will help you learn this fun & unique sport, and we are certain that you will have a great time!
